Brewing Dreams: The Story Behind Sip Charlie's Coffee

We found love in a coffee shop. No, but really...

The smell of freshly ground coffee, and sense of community and friendly faces are just a handful of reasons to love a coffee shop. But most importantly, a love for a GOOD cup of coffee.

All of these feelings have been felt more time than once while sitting in a coffee shop. And it's where our dream of cultivating a space, a feeling, and a brand that could elevate this experience began.

Charlie, my dog has been my loyal companion for almost 8 years. He has sat at countless coffee shops with me, in different states, many moves, and many new beginnings. My absolute favorite part about Charlie? Is witnessing and learning how to enjoy simple moments.

Sitting in the sun, relaxing, sipping coffee, and enjoying the flavors. These are all a part of the foundation of Sip Charlie's Coffee. Life is meant to be savored, enjoyed, and shared. We aim to provide not only immaculate vibes but also build a community that encompasses authenticity and simplicity. Coffee is our love language. Our morning routine, and a time for us to take a break from the outside world and slow down for a minute. 

Good coffee.. what does that mean to you?! To us, it means sustainability with organic practices. We invest and actively participate in activities that offset our carbon footprint to have our entire process net carbon neutral by the end of 2024. As well as sourcing and providing top-quality coffee beans, and specialty-grade coffee from a handful of our small lot farms from around the world.

We are excited to launch and start this adventure with all of you!
