Sip Charlie's Coffee is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason on our coffee orders. If however, you have been shipped the wrong item, or the packaging has been damaged allowing the product to spill out, please reach out to us right away as the process to correct the matter will be different depending on each situation.
For our clothing and hats, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we do offer refunds depending on the situation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request & photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
